House Rules

Accommodation in the apartments can be provided to a person who is duly registered and who has a valid ID card or travel document.
Accommodation services in the apartments are to be paid in advance or by arrangement.
The price of accommodation in the apartments is based on the number of days spent, from 2 pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on the day of departure.
Staying in the apartment after 10 am on the day of departure is charged 50% of the full rental price, until 8 pm on the same day.
The owner of the apartment is not responsible for the values that the guest keeps in the apartment.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and anywhere indoors.
Pets and other animals are not allowed!
The guest is obliged to compensate the owner for any damage cause on the inventory and installations.
The handover of the apartment is attended by the guest and the owner.
Guests are kindly requested to lock the apartments upon departure.
